Château Calvimont Rouge, AOP Graves

a refined Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, sustainably produced in the Graves region. It opens with plush aromas of ripe bramble fruit, including wild cherry and strawberry, accented by subtle spicy notes and a fine mineral edge. On the palate, it’s elegant and sapid, offering juicy dark berries, a touch of earthiness, and well-judged tannins that provide structure without heaviness. Aged for 12 months in French oak (25% new), it finishes with finesse and a lingering savory depth.
