Château du Gravillon, founded in 1960 by Georges Lavaud, spans 3.5 hectares in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, near Saint Emilion's renowned Grand Cru Classé Château Monbousquet. Now run by Georges’ son, Hubert Lavaud, the sustainably cultivated, HVE Level 3 certified estate produces accessible wines that reflect the appellation’s typicity, named after its gravelly soils.
