Domaine Bila-Haut Rouge

A bold, biodynamically farmed red from France’s Côtes du Roussillon Villages. It opens with aromas of black cherry, plum, and wild herbs, reflecting the rugged heat of the Roussillon terroir. On the palate, it’s juicy and muscular, with flavors of dark berries, grilled fig, and raspberry tart, layered with smoky notes and a touch of dark chocolate. The tannins are sweet and meaty, giving the wine structure and a savory depth. Unoaked and aged in stainless steel and concrete, it retains purity and freshness, finishing with a wild, peppery edge.
