Domaine Chante Cigale Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge, AOP Châteauneuf-du-Pape [Organic]

a traditional southern Rhône blend made primarily from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, grown on old vines in the stony soils of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It opens with aromas of warm black fruit, plum, and cinnamon, layered with pepper, garrigue herbs, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it’s generous and full-bodied, showcasing flavors of dark cherry, blackberry, and spice, supported by plump tannins and a stony minerality. The texture is silky at first, then gives way to mouthwatering acidity and firm structure, finishing with a warm, elegant depth.
