Saint Bris le Vineux, a village in northwestern Burgundy, is unique for producing elegant Sauvignon Blanc wines. In 1987, Erick Lavallée founded Domaine Grand Roche here. In 2021, his children, Caroline and Clément, took over the 14.5-hectare estate, which spans Chablis and Auxerre. They craft fresh, balanced Chablis by blending parcels from their vineyards, continuing the family tradition of winemaking excellence.
