Domaine La Font de Notre Dame, AOP Rasteau

a rich and characterful red wine from the southern Rhône, crafted from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grown on sun-drenched, hillside vineyards. It opens with aromas of ripe red summer fruits, including cherry and raspberry, layered with peppery spice from Syrah and a savory herbal twist from Mourvèdre. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and complex, offering concentrated bramble fruit, earthy undertones, and a touch of garrigue herbs. Aged for 12 months in French oak, it finishes with smooth tannins and a lingering note of laurel and spice.
