On the nose, this wine is highly expressive, offering enticing aromas of ripe wild fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by delicate hints of oak, cocoa, and vanilla. On the palate, it opens with a smooth, rounded entry, revealing a beautifully rich character, silky tannins, and excellent concentration. The finish is subtly oaky, gracefully unveiling layers of fruit and spicy nuances.
Established in 2005, Dominio del Soto is based in Sotillo de la Ribera, at the heart of the Ribera del Duero wine region in the province of Burgos, Spain. With 16 hectares of organically grown vineyards, Dominio del Soto combines terroir and expertise in a traditional manner to create and barrel-age its Roble and Crianza wines.
