An aromatic, fresh, and fruity Cava with a lively mousse, refreshing citrus character, and delicate floral complexity, leading to a long, crisp finish.
Lopez Morenas, a family winery established in 1943, is now run by the third generation, focusing on producing characterful wines from D.O. Extremadura. In 2010, they acquired a boutique Cava winery in Almendralejo, one of the few regions outside Catalonia authorized to produce Cava. With an environmental focus, the vineyard is transitioning to organic status. Winemaker Ignacio González creates a refreshing Cava, highlighted by zesty citrus notes.
