Clos Bagatelle À L'Origine Rouge, AOP Saint-Chinian

It opens with aromas of fresh strawberries, mulberries, and garrigue herbs, followed by subtle notes of black olives and earthy spice. On the palate, it’s rich and beautifully fresh, offering generous fruit flavors, a savory tang, and excellent balance. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, giving the wine a supple structure and a lingering finish with hints of laurel and pepper.
