Jaboulet Crozes Hermitage Domaine de Thalabert 2015

Benchmark northern Rhône Syrah, known for its depth and age-worthy structure. It opens with aromas of blackberries, black olives, and iodine, layered with earthy undertones and a touch of medicinal spice. On the palate, it’s bold and complex, showcasing flavors of dark berries, smoke, and raw meat, supported by fine tannins and a stony minerality. The texture is gutsy yet balanced, with a long, savory finish that lingers with notes of liquorice and crushed black fruit.
