Domaine Berthelemot Beaune 1er Cru Les Grèves, [Organic] 2021

a refined and expressive Pinot Noir from one of Beaune’s most prestigious Premier Cru climats. It opens with aromas of cherry, strawberry, and forest floor, layered with subtle notes of vanilla and camphor from oak aging. On the palate, it’s robust yet elegant, offering flavours of red berries, earthy spice, and a touch of almond and hazelnut.
The texture is smooth and balanced, with fine tannins and a gentle acidity that lifts the fruit. A hint of sauvage character adds depth, while the finish is long and harmonious.
