The aroma is fresh and bright, with a lovely grassy lift alongside notes of cut grass, lime leaf, dried herbs, and a touch of lemongrass. The palate is juicy, with salivating acidity and lovely freshness, perfectly capturing the essence of this much-loved Margaret River blend, crafted since 1987.
