Jose Cuervo Silver

Jose Cuervo produced its first tequila for sale in 1795 in Tequila, Jalisco, after being granted permission by the King of Spain. Six generations later, Tequila Cuervo La Rojeña is still family-owned and run by the founder's descendants, the Beckmann family Jose Cuervo Especial Silver contains a minimum of 51% content from the fine blue agave plants of Jalisco. The Mexican heat and the volcanic minerals in which the plants grow give them their character, which is lent to the spirit. The agave is hand-harvested, slow-roasted, pressed, and double-distilled. Unlike its sister Cuervo spirits, Jose Cuervo Especial Silver is not aged in oak barrels but bottled right away, giving it a lighter, cleaner taste. Ideal for shooters and cocktails, you might enjoy Jose Cuervo Especial Silver in a Paloma, which blends it with fresh-squeezed lime and grapefruit soda, for a gorgeous blast of summer in a glass. Jose Cuervo Especial Silver is brightly transparent. Light and subtle notes of roasted agave, white chocolate, and white pepper. Smooth and well-balanced, with a long finish and flavours of warm agave, milk chocolate, soft peppercorns, and vanilla ice cream.
