Monterustico, Langhe Bianco

a fresh and aromatic white blend from Piemonte, Italy, crafted by the Vajra family with a focus on native grapes and organic farming. It opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit, including notes of pear, green apple, and peach. On the palate, it’s light-bodied and crisp, showing flavours of lemon, lime, and subtle minerality, with a clean, refreshing finish.
The blend typically includes Arneis, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, each vinified separately to preserve their character.
