Schieferkopf Riesling

a vibrant and mineral-driven white wine that reflects its unique terroir of granitic and blue schist soils. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus, Mirabelle plum, and orange blossom, with delicate floral undertones. The palate is taut and fresh, showing crisp acidity, a nearly saline edge, and a lovely roundness that balances its structure.
Some expressions, like the Via Saint-Jacques or Lieu-dit Buehl, add layers of pineapple, mango, and white flowers, with a long, textured finish that’s both powerful and refined.
